Dear IABMAS’08 Sponsors: We would like to thank you for sponsoring IABMAS’08. As you are already informed, the Fourth International Conference on Bridge Maintenance, Safety and Management, IABMAS'08, will be held at the Sheraton Grande Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul, Korea from 13 to 17 July, 2008. The Conference is organized by IABMAS, the International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety (http://iabmas.org), and co-sponsored by a number of international and national organizations including ASCE-SEI, ECCS, FHWA, IABSE, JSCE, KSCE, and TRB, among others. It will be greatly appreciated if you encourage your colleagues to participate in IABMAS’08. Your help on informing the conference to the related people, including distribution of the 2nd announcement and call for papers, will be most crucial for the successful conference.
